Available Positions:

Broker Trainee / Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include:		Relay information to our clients through telephone and email. Prepare for securities licensing exams series 7 or 11. Research and solving client inquiries of all levels. Various other tasks related to account maintenance and customer support.

Licensed Broker / Service Representative

Responsibilities include:		Communicate with clients via e-mail and telephone. Relay account information to clients. Place orders and provide market data to clients. Research and solve client inquiries of all levels. Various other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:		Knowledge computer applications and the internet. Series 7 or Series 11 license. Experience in a customer service center a plus. BA/BS in finance or a related field is preferable. Good customer service work ethic and attitude.

Senior Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities include:		Manage and train other technical support representatives. Diagnose problems clients may be having with their systems.



Qualifications:		Good understanding of how the internet works. Familiar with internet related software. Strong communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot computer software/hardware problems.
